UMASIPALA waseDanawozi ngokuhlangenyela nenkampani ekhiqiza ezokumbiwa phansi iZinoju Coal Mine benza isivumelwano sokuthuthukisa indawo yakulelidolobha ngaphansi kohlelo lwayo lweSocial Labour Plan (SLP). Izinkulisa esezakhiwe yilenkampani kanye noMasipala kubalwa kuzo iMilford, Sleeve Donald, Vukuzakhe kanye nenye eseRamaphosa. Lamagumbi zinamagumbi ahlukaniswe ngokweminyaka yabantwana ngoba izinkulisa zithatha abantwana kusukela kuswana kuya kwabaneminyaka eziyisihlanu. Lokhu kuyizinkomba zokudalwa kwamathuba omsebenzi kanye nokuthuthukiswa kwezindawo ezisemakhaya.
ZINOJU Coal Mine gives back to the community by donating Child Care Facilities in conjunction with Dannhauser Municipality. Zinoju Coal Mine is funding Child Care Facilities as part of its Social Labour Plan (SLP). “ These Creches were built in wards 4 and 7 and it had constructed Milford Creche, Sleeve Donald Creche, Vukuzakhe Creche and one in Ramaphosa.” The aim of constructing these facilities is to provide safe and secure environment for children to gain sense of self, explore , play with other children and build confidence,” Lundelo Gcabashe said.
